2. Do you conduct Silent Auctions as well?
Yes. We’ve had several clients who conduct only silent auctions.

3. How are you paid?
All clients are eligible to receive auction services at no charge to the non-profit organization. Our parent company, Society Benefits, was recognized for this innovative new business plan as the Greater Orlando Business Ethics Award Winner and was also nominated nationally for the American Business Ethics Award.

As each client is unique, we encourage each to choose an auction compensation plan that works for their individual budget and clients.

Some clients prefer to pay a percentage of the proceeds.
Other clients contract a flat fee with incentive bonuses based upon auction revenue generated by our award-winning auctioneer.
Most clients choose not to use any of their profits.  These non-profits choose to use the Shared Subsidy (buyer's premium) which underwrites their auctioneer services.

Client spaces are limited. We conduct only a small number of carefully selected auction events per year and book up to 18 months in advance. Preference is given to returning clients and established galas with auction revenue in excess of $50,000.

Please contact us at 1-877-GALA-411 (1-877-425-2411) or write info@GalaGal.com  to discuss your upcoming event and personal needs.

4. What do your services cost?
It does NOT cost to hire a professional auctioneer - IT PAYS!  We are an Exclusive Benefit & Charity Auctioneer Service business providing award-winning charity auctioneer services that entertain and make your organization money.  In addition, your organization receives unlimited, professional charity auction fundraising consultation during the gala planning stages.

These services are a priceless value as each client receives customized services according to their needs.

Auction Services are available to a limited number of  events per year.  For qualifying non-profit organizations there is No Charge to the organization by using the Shared Subsidy (buyer's premium).
Services can be contracted for a percentage of the charity auction revenue generated by our entertaining charity auctioneer.
Full Charity Auction Services are also available for a flat fee plus incentive bonuses based upon auction revenue generated by licensed and experienced Benefit Auctioneer.

5. Do you consign items to my auction?
No. As part of our corporate philosophy to make benefit auctions more honest, financially beneficial and forthright, we do NOT consign any items into your silent or live charity auctions. With Gala Gal, we ideally want YOU to receive 100% of the dollars bid from a PURE DONATION AUCTION. You are a charity. You should not pay for anything!

BEWARE CONSIGNMENT auctioneers who may provide goods for your auction. Consignment means that a large portion of your bidders' money is spent paying the auctioneer and NOT supporting your organization. Your small "portion of the proceeds" is quite often very misleading to your generous donors who believe they are giving thousands of dollars to your benefit. In truth, you only keep pennies on the dollar with a consignment auction!

6. What is the Silent Auction Evaluation?
The Silent Auction Evaluation is a 75-point assessment of your current auction program. It highlights your current areas of event strengths and provides you with a written report. The evaluation details additional silent auction methods and professional techniques that will increase your revenue. Discover as our others clients have how their same auction, if managed more efficiently, would have grossed $14,000-$20,000 more! Find out for yourself! We're so sure we can find more free money for you, that we invite you to take our challenge for free! Call 1-877-GALA-411 (1-877-425-2411) or info@GalaGal.com  for additional information.

The Tampa Museum of Art, Florida Hospital and the Lake Mary Chamber of Commerce are just a few of the clients who've found our Evaluations to be accurate, insightful and definitely useful. Take advantage of this free opportunity and take YOUR event to the next level!
